Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached where applicable.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, if applicable.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Final Sale Items

Any item clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or exchange.
